This exemplary generosity is indicative of the "share the blessings with others" philosophy that the Wilkinson family has enjoyed for over 100 years.

November 16, 2009. The architecture firm of Yeary Lindsey was approved by the University as the final applicant for a potential contract of architectural services for the house restoration project. The principals of the firm, Jim and Ellen Yeary are well known in the Arkansas building community. Their work in Little Rock is highly thought of and is a combination of classic revival and traditional home restoration which serves well for a fraternity house.
Their presentation to our building committee was excellent, especially the completely thorough walk-through review that they made of our house. They were the architects for the Phi Delta Theta restoration and did a great job. They are well aware of budget restraints, the fund raising component of our efforts, and the University's requirement of first rate work.
Also, you will be pleased to know that the U of A Board of Trustees has made a budget allocation for the LXA house restoration. It’s not a legal commitment, as we still have to raise funds; but they are optimistic and expect us (all LXAs) to meet our projected goals of the entire project. (more)
